Weekly Training: 5/16/11 – 5/22/11

Keeping up a heavy load of training while traveling is always a challenge, especially when you are reliant on the schedule and transportation of others. The key is to break it up into smaller chunks and get it done as early as possible. Weekly Training: 5/2/11 – 5/8/11

With 408 running miles logged over the past 30 days, I can now say that I am the fittest I have ever been. My training is WAY ahead of where I was at this point last year and I’m setting PR’s right and left… Well, mostly left. Tim VanOrden’s Running Raw Times – January 31st, 2011

The Top Ten of 2010
The year 2010 can summed up in a single sentence – “As you sow, so shall you reap.” After five years of what seemed at times to be an exercise in futility, I actually have some results that I’m proud to share. The pride I feel is not based in my own egotistical needs for validation, but in the knowing that there is now rock solid evidence that one can reach the peak of athletic performance on a diet of simple fruits and vegetables.
