High Rise Heroes
Stair climbing is hard enough wearing a lightweight top, tiny shorts and 5 ounce shoes, but imagine doing it with 40 to 60 pounds of gear on! I have a LOT of respect for these guys. Someday I’d like to try a climb with that amount of weight on. Continue reading

VanOrden Tops at U.S. Bank Tower Stair Climb
Tim VanOrden, 42 of Bennington, Vermont held off three of the top stair climbers in the world to win the U.S. Bank Tower Stair Climb in Los Angeles, California on Friday. This was VanOrden’s third victory in this event in the past four years. Tim VanOrden’s Running Raw Times – September 17th, 2010
In 1804, the explorers Lewis and Clark set out on a mission to find a gentle passage to the west coast which ended successfully in Oregon.
