A new study out this week shows clear evidence that physical activity is not just good for the body, but it’s good for the brain as well.
In my own experience, I am far more intelligent when I’m running than I am while sitting at my desk and trying to work. This has lead me to carry a digital voice recorder with me while I run, so that I can get a good chunk of my thought intensive work done on the run.
Perhaps you don’t like to run, well, this study involved walking and not running. So walking raw might be enough to slow cognitive decline with age.
