Weekly Training – 1/24/11 – 1/30/11


The final week of training before the Empire State Building Race. I cut back on the time but actually bumped my running miles up a bit. Sunday’s snowshoe race was a medium effort and gave me great confidence as I easily charged up the 962 feet of climbing in the course. Hopefully, I’ll be recovered enough to rock the big apple.
