Interview with Dan ‘The Life Regenerator’ McDonald at the Woodstock Fruit Festival
Over the past seven years on this journey I’ve seen ‘raw’ personalities come and go. Dan McDonald is one of my favorites. His ‘evolution’ on this path towards raw health has been fun to watch. Continue reading

My interview with the controversial Harley Johnstone a.k.a. Durian Rider at the Woodstock Fruit Festival
In a rare moment, I get to sit down with Harley Johnston aka Durian Rider to have a chat at the Woodstock Fruit Festival. Harley, on his channel ‘durianriders’, likes to stir the hornets nest and get people thinking in provocative ways about veganism. Continue reading

How to Keep Yourself Running in the Winter
It’s that time of year again. Yes, THAT time of year. The time when the days are short, the afternoons dark and the temperature sinks well below the “it’s a nice day for a run” mark. As I type this the radio is chammering on about a low of 10 degrees tonight… We may still have another month of Fall remaining, but here in the north country Winter makes an early appearance. The series consists of the four U.S. Trail Championships at 10k, 15k, Half Marathon and Marathon, as well as the U.S. Mountain Running Championships. Continue reading

Weekly Training: June 6th – 12th, 2011
Failing to plan is planning to fail. But even the best laid plans are mere guideposts on your journey. My plan of not taking any rest days was quickly derailed this week by various elements and I had to simply re-adjust. Perhaps my legs needed a day or two to freshen up. I always try to see the best in every derailment… Continue reading
