Meat Meets Science

As most of you know, meat is not the healthiest thing you can eat. Yes, it’s got plenty of protein, vitamin B12, iron and a few other trace minerals, but it also come packed with a host of health comprising components. The idea of replacing meat in our diets with ‘yucky’ fruits and vegetables is apparently quite unappealing to the populous.  So what’s a person to do? Just wait for scientists to make meat better for you… and that’s exactly what they are trying to do (which means that ‘science’ has admitted that it’s NOT good for you). Why not have your cake, eat it too, lose weight and get ripped in the process… I think someone was beheaded for proposing such a thing.
