The intense cross training regimen continues. My legs are tired every day, but I continue to get stronger and more fit every week. The Tabata leg press records that I’ve been setting, keep falling. My road mileage has been gradually increasing with no ill effect. I cannot wait to see what level of fitness I have this Spring when the mountain racing season begins.
