Getting sick for nearly 3 weeks in February really shook my confidence and threw me abruptly off of my training path. After 2 months I have finally begun to build back up to my desired training load and regain confidence. With only 3 weeks till the U.S. 15k Trail Running Championships in Spokane, WA, I’m hoping that I’ll be ready in time to defend my Masters gold medal.
