How to Eliminate ‘Runner’s Knee’ Pain

Today I want to share my success story in dealing with ‘runner’s knee’ pain. Many runners experience pain and swelling in the knee after long runs or high mileage increases. The most common cause of this pain is a condition known as patellofemoral syndrome, more commonly known as runner’s knee.
